There is no evidence that he did anything of the kind. Can we all agree that falsely accusing anyone of abuse and rape is worse than either? Stop making assertions about something you know nothing about. Like please, it really doesn't seem like we're asking too much.
What point? Unless she falsely claimed her kid was Bauer's (which, again, while rightly a crime - it doesn't raise to the level of absuse/rape), I can't imagine what point you think you're making here? I'm sincerely baffled.
Bauer has never denied he choked her unconscious and then had (what is legally, non-consensual) sex with her. And the testimony of the nurse who treated the victim detailed the extent of his abuse. What do you think I'm making up here?
I don't know that I have the patience for a fruitless game of what aboutism. You're hand-waving away abuse and rape with inane questions - it's not a good look.
I’m not hand-waving away anything. And truth be told, abuse is already a losing argument. We can go into if you want. So answer the question. The more you deflect, the more you prove my point. It’s a terrible *look* of society and that’s things are going the way it is.
you literally made an insanely generalizing comment about the majority of the female population wanting to be raped based on romance novels? So what’s the point you’re making?
There is no evidence that what that nurse saw had anything to do with Bouer. There is plenty of evidence that you do not know any of the facts here, and the truth is neither do I. But you seem perfectly willing to rape him by knowingly making false assertions you have no way of knowing. Most commenters have the benefit of the doubt here and can get by with a few unearned okey dokes. You have worn out my patience along with the good will of many and I for one can no longer sit idly by. STFU.
Nook and most others have earned a pass as far as I am concerned. Hey Now has worn my patience away with his constant acerbic bickering.
Remarkably poor phrasing aside, what false assertions am I making? He has never denied that he choked her unconscious and then had sex with her, which is, by law, rape. He also admitted to abusing her while she was unconscious She was examined twice the following day, and the testimony of the nurse - who, I believe, is (or was?) on the hospital's sexual assault response team (meaning she examines victims of rape and abuse) - confirmed abuse consistent with the story she told police. LOL. Ok.
And far more articulate and knowing than me by a pretty wide margin. I really appreciate both his insight and standing on this.
These people act like Fifty Shades of Grey wasn’t one of the most popular movies all time. And news flash…it wasn’t because of men going to see it.
