35-3. Happened ONCE in 100 years of NFL football. 28 point comebacks has done been TWICE in history. The game was over. It doesn’t happen in the NFL.
The fact is that it HAPPENED! And it happened with a backup Quaterback in Frank Reich, we had Deshaun Watson! Neverther the less, it's the fact that he didn't think they had a chance in coming back against a Rookie QB and a 4-8 team. What is he instilling in his team? Do you think John Harbaugh would have said, what would he have done? IT'S THE ATTITUDE YOU SETFORTH IN YOUR TEAM
It should never be too much to overcome at half. If the other team could score that’s much in one half then so could you... right?
That's what LOGICAL people would think. Especially if you are at home, with one of the better QB's in the NFL and had made ANY kind of adjustments on DEFENSE
Dude......Harbaugh's team wouldn't have come back either. There are reasons why teams don't comeback from those deficits. There has been around 16000 games played in NFL history, 3 have had comebacks of 28 points or more. THREE. Not High School ****...players know the history. They didn't stop trying, but it was not going to be successful.
I posted that the Texans had the biggest win over Pats in their history after that game, now they had the worst loss in their history just one week late. It is almost impossible to accomplish these in a short period for a normal human coach.
Because there was no benefit to it? Texans scored in the 3rd to make it 38-10. That's a 28 point deficit. A 4 Score Game. What happens if they went for 2 to make it a 27 point game. Well, it's still a 4 score game. The Texans made it 38-17. Down 21, a 3 score game. What happens if you go for 2? Down 20, still a 3 score game. At no point does converting a 2 point conversion reduce the number of times the Texans needed to score, which is pretty much the point of going for 2 instead of 1. If the Texans were down 24 then yes, go for 2 each time because it can turn a 4 possession game into a potentially 3 possession game. But that wasn't the case here.
Lightning kills an average of 49 people each year in the United States and hundreds more are injured. https://www.weather.gov/safety/lightning-victims
Your odds of getting hit by lightning is 1 in 700000. Actually, those odds are probably better than a team coming back from a deficit of 28 or more points in the NFL.
It happens all the time Willie D. Next time make it a more obscure reference like getting hit by lightning while being bitten by a shark. Add some drama to your exaggerations and capitalize something unnecessarily. DO IT!
Texans can have a great win against a very good team and then lose the next night to a team way below .500 Will I ever see them be a legit Super Bowl contender?
Did anyone see how the Philadelphia Eagles coach handle the last 1:15 seconds in the 4th Qtr, compared to B O'B? Wentz is not half the QB Deshaun is and Doug Pederson allowed him to THROW the ball to get the 1st down and run out the clock.....B O'B has lost three games in the 4th Qtr; Pats, Seahawks and to Philadelphia and he pulled the same thing on Saturday.....He ran the ball three straight times and punted
Philly the was lost by the defense. Texans scored a TD on their last drive. The first 2 were when Deshaun was as a rookie, playing his 2 and 6 starts. Bob did learn from that....i guess u forgot about the Chiefs game this year?
The funny thing about Sunday was if he just took 3 knees we win the game but he decided to run the ball and we got called for holding which stopped the clock and gave them the last 30 seconds.
It's more like... DUDE, get HELP! True Mr.Scarface style there. Then talk about how x is about as common as an armed bank robbery. Oh, those happen all the time? Nevermind then. Well, it's like the windmills that kill the bald eagles. Beautiful those birds, bald too... so bad, bald like you. Beautiful birds, ya see the windmills they stop the wind and the birds, just you know, they're bald so no feathers up there. Big windmills.
