Say what you want about him, but his splits are incredible. .318 OPS against lefties!! Then righties light him up for a .846 OPS. Basically, righties are Jose Altuve. Lefties are Jake Marisnick if he were half as productive.
I wouldn't put too much faith in Sipp just yet, and I doubt he makes the postseason roster. His low FIP this season is being driven by not giving up any HRs, which doesn't mean much across 20 IP.
