[Asbury Park Press] Nets have interest in Mo Taylor?

Move out MoT.

I would not mind having him here if he was a 3-4 mil a year player. But the amount of money and little production we are getting, it would be in our best interest to move him if someone wants him.

If he goes I wish him the best.

The first article speculated that Mo t could be someone the Nets were looking at. Not that he was someone they were calling about.

Besides, if they're trying to use their $5 TE to make the move, you're looking at Juwan, not Taylor ($8.5).

The math doesn't work, the interest isn't there. Forget about Taylor to the Nets.

Buy him out this summer from his final 2 years.

Even though I would trade Taylor straight up for the TE myself, I feel like he's being lowballed on the evaluations of his contributions here. He's a specialist and he's in a slump right now too. He's not worth his contract. But, he's easily worth having on one's roster, and in one's rotation.
