Yao, Jordan Hill, CBud and Jeffries for Melo, Nene, Harrington and Balkman works, if we use a couple trade exceptions. Maybe throw in the 2012 NY pick. The salary difference is almost $8 million, meaning Denver saves $8 million in luxury tax, plus gains $8 million in insurance payments. Plus, Denver saves almost $28 million in future salary to Harrington. That's $44 million in cash plus savings.

Or if Nene is untouchable, maybe a three way:

Houston gets:
Melo
Dalembert
Balkman

Denver gets:
Yao
Jordan Hill
CBud
2012 NY Pick (from Hou)

Sacramento gets:
J.R. Smith
J. Jeffries
$3 million cash (from Hou)
