I'm flying up this morning to go to game 5. Gonna try to wait and see if tickets go down more by the game. If a group is meeting up let me know. Go Astros!

$12 for a 25 oz Bud Light. I expected that to be for a 12oz. Predators games are $16. But no wonder that guy last night wouldn't put the beers down for Alvarez's homer. That was awesome to just take it in the chest.

We had a GREAT time Friday - worth the price and then some. I will say fans in the stadium we're very civil. And the town itself was fairly decent. Other than a homeless calling me an ahole and an ugly hat comment by a fan. I refrained from replying that I didn't want to look like I work at Walgreens. See - I'm not an ahole...

Saturday we manned some scooters and terrorized other tourists from one end of the Washington Mall to the other. Ok so maybe the vote is still out on the ahole but they were a blast. Later that night, we did try Republic Cantina on Saturday but it was too crowded so we went Crystal City Sports Bar to watch Saturday's game. I did enjoy the games and the saltiness of both the stadium and the bar. Might have been better than a home game

Son and I were at Game 5 decked out in our Astros gear. Not one negative comment from Nats fans in the ballpark or otherwise. Our section was 99% Nats fans, have to admit it was fun cheering in that sea of disappointment
