Good fit for our system at a decent price. Could be a Cisco replacement?

    Anthony Morrow - G/F - Pelicans
Pelicans' shooting guard Anthony Morrow plans to opt out of the final year of his contract.
Morrow is choosing to test the free agent market instead of playing for the $1.15M he is owed by the Pelicans next season. While his season averages aren't very impressive, his 3-point shooting provides valuable floor spacing that every team needs. He shot 45.1 percent from the 3-point line last season, good enough for third in the NBA among players with at least 150 attempts.

I really wanted him last year. We don't really have any real SGs outside of harden.

A couple of years ago he had his own little version of linsanity where he would go off for 30 or 40 points.

He was so good that it inspired his own Anthony morrow "chuck Norris" facts.

Sign him up I wanted him last year, we need to get some of these fake 3pt shooters off the team. Garcia is gone we need to get casspi out of here too.

With the way the Rockets like to shoot the 3 ball this guy would be a great pick-up. Would love to see Marrow and Daniels coming off the bench.

Morrow would be nice off the bench! I'm sure Morey will look into him and others available.. CJ Miles? Mike Miller? Any of those guys would be better than Casspi, Hamilton, and Garcia.

ALL he can do is shoot 3's. He can't do anything else.

Why wasn't he signed at the trade deadline again?

He'd be a nice side dish paired with Rondo. Get PJ Tucker as well and we can go to war. Forget Melo.

I would love to get Morrow.

Morrow + Daniels on the floor at the same time would be insane.

No doubt Tucker would be a great addition. We need a guy like Tucker to play D. Plus he can drive and shoot the 3.

If we had to choose I'd prefer Tucker, since he is a decent defender and Morrow is hardly a defensive upgrade. Offensively, Morrow is the superior scorer but that's exactly a pressing issue.

Wasn't Pat Bev working with him in the offseason last year?

I'll take another shooter all day, but first look for a defensive wing first.

Would love Morrow, you can never have enough shooters.
