It was very important for Trump and some of his supporters to call out terrorism by the name "Islamic Terrorism" when it is committed by Islamic extremists and terrorism.

When a Mosque is bombed in MN. or White Supremacists commit terrorism in VA, then at that point it is not important to call out those who did it by it's name.

The contrast from the President of the United States and some of his supporters is troubling indeed.

 

SO dumb! No one believes the violence is on one side.

The issue is failing to point the finger at the side causing the issue in the instance at hand.

Surely Trump likes to discuss violence in general with "Radical islamic terrorism"

That is a great thing to see. I support the Republicans who will speak out against the murder we saw today in the name of white supremacy.

I'm happy that the Democratic governor of VA. (whom I normally can't stand) spoke out against the white supremacists who instigated the events today and committed murder.

I feel horrible for those that lost their lives and for their families. They deserve more from the President than what they got today. For their sake, he needs to call out those responsible for what happened.

No side should use violence but today only side committed murder, and there isn't an equivalence.
