    Top draft pick never hurts.

    AFC-W gives you a chance at some wins (Raiders, Chargers), storied franchise, they probably are offering him full control of the franchise (he brings in his own GM).

    Chiefs have some parts there - find a real QB and you'll be on your way in relatively short order.
