California and NY put more into the Fed Govt. than they take out, so your money isn't going to help them in the first place. It's actually going to more states that vote Republican. Also most of the people on welfare are elderly. If you think they are all unemployed druggies that's up to you, but it isn't like they are going to go out and get new careers at their elderly age. Just a couple of bits of misinformation it looks like you basing your political beliefs on.
