Its too bad the Giants couldn't have swept the Dodgers then have us beat the Dodgers in a game playoff with Gagne blowing a save and Lidge picking up one. Now that would've been sweet.
but a lot sweeter that we don't have to fly to SF or LA for one game before flying to Atlanta for a series. i like the giants, too...but screw 'em. GO 'STROS!!!!
Yeah you're probably right.. It still would've been nice to see both Stros and the Giants make it. Oh well the Stros still have the chance to beat the Dodgers in the NLCS. GO STROS!
Can you imagine how everyone here would be b****ing if we were away when elminated and the PA system played "Houston, we have a problem" over and over again? This is Bush league.
Of course. Just like we were all b****ing last year when we were the ones choking and the Cub fans were rejoicing. Turnabout is fair play. What goes around, comes around. Its all apart of being a sports fan IMO.
