Injuries that occurred after that game weakened the defense which became just awful. If the Coogs can recruit some defensive players and get some others healthy and refine their offense, they can be very good. They are a young team, but you can't win big games with offense alone. I sort of expected this collapse; after they didn't win the conference championship game they folded the tent. I don't think they were excited at all about going to the same bowl and playing the same team as last year. More like the Toilet Bowl, and they got flushed.
