    Hire a REAL coach - not a yes man...

    Let D12, JT, Josh and TJ walk....

    I'd prob cap DMo at 10-12M/yr... any more and he can walk...

    Get rid of Brewer....

    ???/Bev/Goud
    Harden/KJ
    Ariza?/Decker
    DMo?/Beas/Harrell
    ???/Cap

    throw the max at Conley... and work down from there...
    see if we can upgrade from Ariza....
    Someone to split time with Capella... maybe get a deal on Larry Sanders for the right price to gamble... nonguaranteed...

    We should have traded Dwight midseason.
    The DMo trade should have gone thru.
    We should have missed the playoffs and save the embarrassment and pick.
    We should have traded T Jones and Brewer to anyone even for just space.
