    From what I'm seeing out of the arguments today it doesn't look like the USSC will end it.

    Hopefully Biden can work enough with the Senate to get it strengthened.

    I like Stephen's Colbert's take on this. The Republicans previous attempt to do away with the ACA stopped their latest attempt to do away with ACA!

    This ruling didn't surprise me and from the oral arguments didn't sound like they were going to do away with the ACA. Further I think that Roberts is very deferential to Congress in matters of overturning major legislation.

    I'm happy that Roberts ended up being the voice of reason in the SCOTUS. I think he normally would be more conservative, but realizes he has a couple of nut jobs on the right that he needs to balance out.

    Still pissed off at him and Kennedy for Citizens united. It was the worst Supreme court decision of my lifetime.
