Shorten the rotation to 6 guys. We don't have any more than 6 worth playing.

Start Melo. More Melo can only be a good thing.

I can't believe that on a roster of 15 players we have four back up centers and they all suck.

Time travel to October 31, 2018. Trade for a player who is struggling so far this season and should have a reasonable asking price. He's definitely the best obtainable player at the 3 in this system and shouldn't cost us Eric or PJ Tucker.

    CP3/Harden/Otto Porter/PJ Tucker/ Capela
    Eric/ Melo/ Ennis

I think we are playing Tucker too much and not playing Melo enough.

Tucker is great but I think his usage rate is too much at the moment which really hurts what he can bring to our team.

I think we should start Melo and have Tucker come off the bench just like last year.

We also need to have Melo facilitate more on offense and not have him just camp out in the corners. We can grab any player to do that role but Melo can help facilitate from the mid-post or have some of the action that we use Gordon for.

    MCW gotta go...scrub

Melo better get his offense in gear because that’s his only hope of being useful during the regular season

I guess the logic is to not use your best defensive player and replace him with one of the worst. Puzzling logic

We ain't stopping anyone at the moment even with Tucker on the floor.

Last year, we were able to jump out to big leads which put pressure on other teams to change their game plans.

What's the status with Chriss? He's a "big" and rim protector who can rim run and pnr lob.

MCW clearly has enduring deficiencies worthy of benching.
Ennis has some deficiencies, but mostly seems to be working his way in. Give him time to adjust to the team and his roles.
Melo is helping. Playing smart, being constructive, trying to fill in whatever's missing.
Hartenstein is raw. The mental mistakes can be fixed over time. The foot speed, not so much. When Capela goes out, we suffer a disastrous drop in big-man agility.
Green has upped his defense, is fighting like Ennis for boards and loose balls, and deserves more time.
Capela is giving us what we need and should be played as much as possible.
EG is playing beautifully as a 2, but his overall effect starts to drop when he's asked to play the 1. However, his defense alone is worth keeping him on the court.
PJ is killing it. He won't always shoot this well, but his defense and screens are solid gold.
Harden needs to be spelled as the ball handler every other possession, or at least once every few possessions. He can't maintain his mental focus that long. Too many steals, unwise passes, or possessions monopolized.
CP just needs to figure out how the new guys play, so he can coordinate with them.

Wow, you are alot more optimistic about our team than most, not that thats a bad thing.

I think the Rockets are playing small ball too much. Usually it's used to provide a spark and go on a run. This year though, they are using small ball way too much and getting killed for it.

Don't let the early-season malaise play with your head. NOBODY is missing Tariq Black.

I would like to see Eric Gordon starting. Have Melo come off the bench but run some plays for him to get going. Ennis can foul to his hearts content off the bench.

    I say start Melo.
I like Gordon coming off the bench too much
and if it makes him happier and score better do that

I think the Upside is much better
and we not really loosing anything from what we starting now
