This is true and I did a case study of Mall in grad school for a building environment class. Cooling the Mall is a much bigger issue than heating it.

 

If y'all are coming from Houston this week to Minnesota the weather will feel like home. It might hit a 100 today and the forecast is for temps in the 90's with high humidity.
