Thought i'd give a heads up that i just saw on Rockets recap that Tmac is 22 points short of scoring 17000 points who is just the 71st player to do so, i would like to congratulate Tmac even though he might not be the deadly scorer he once was, but he's still able to score hopefully he can continue to play well and eventually win a ring. http://www.nba.com/rockets/news/Rockets_Cool_Off_Heat_10798-290774-34.html
imagine if he was never injured. he was neck and neck with kobe in points scored and now kobe's blown him out of the water. we all know he's scorer. he needs to get a ring to prove he's a winner.
he's gonna get his 17000th point easily in the 3 or 4 games to come, but there seems to be no hope for him to get his 18000th point.
Would Artest have a problem with Yao's quote that Battier is the team's best defender without mentioning Ron? Ron calls himself one of the 'better defender' which is cool. So what seems to be the consensus over there (in the locker room?) just wondering
With his current shooting attempts,I don't really quite see him do that the next game.Hope I'm wrong and the game vs. Indiana would be a memory that just sees his 71st player of 17,000 points club. Just be healthy, don't push it too hard.T-Mac.
its from the same report. read the game recap at rockets.com. Sure hope tmac gets that 17000 points next game.
