In my opinion, the Texans researched and interviewed the running backs during the combine and said no thanks. There is a small pool of draftable running backs this year which means they will be over drafted. All RBs after Love and Price have major holes and concerns.
I would be VERY happy about this draft. It probably won't happen exactly like this but it would be awesome to get at least two of these guys.
