Why would I be on suicide watch? It’s a win win for me regardless.
If he’s as good as some of y’all think he will be the Texans-the team I support-will be better off for it.
If he busts like all other Ohio St QBs, I’ll be right and we can get rid of him

LMAO, you aren't wrong. Just cracks me up that the conversation is basically the same as it was pre draft.

    Why would it change?
I’m not a fan of his.
I do want him to succeed on the Texans because we invested a lot into him. I’ll root for him but I won’t ever be a fan of his like I am the other young guys on the team

If you’re a “Texans fan” and want them to succeed why wouldn’t you be a fan of his if he turns out to be legit?

I will be if he turns out to be legit, at least while he’s here.
Never going to trust him or his representation. That’s not going to change

Why don’t you trust him? I get you don’t like his agent.. but what does that have to do with Cj?

He chose them. He allows them to represent him. He allows their toxic culture to be associated with him.
That doesn’t mean he can’t rise above them. But if he starts showing the same tendencies as Watson and other Mulugheta/Avery clients, I don’t want anything to do with him.

I’ve been pretty clear about that.
I don’t like his background or skillset as much as I did the other guys in this draft but his arm is nice.
If he had a different culture around him I would like him a lot more

Wasn't about the Texans. Basically he said teams want to hire younger coaches and not the old dogs.
