    This guy is simply not a rookie quarterback. I don’t believe it. He makes some bad throws but every vet does that. I can’t think of a true rookie QB who has been this effective this early with passing. Passing and running, sure, but not this. Mahomes had a redshirt year to practice and observe and learn. And Mahomes had a stacked offense. CJ has nothing, really.

    Even if worst case this is the best he will ever be and he came in with no more growth possible, this is still a damn fine quarterback.
