Man, I love smoothies. I got a cheap version of the NutriBullet blender and used to make them with fresh fruit and ice. Then someone suggested freezing the fruit and it changed my life. I add just enough milk to blend it well, then frozen strawberries, blueberries, bananas, peaches, pineapple, mango... in every different combination, then a single serving vanilla yogurt and maybe some honey. simple. I buy fresh fruit, cut it up into chunks and toss in in the freezer in ziplic bags.
I generally buy frozen fruit and using them to blend. I am starting to add a few veggies. Basically started with some Butternut Squash next is probably some spinach Been trying to think anything else that might cut the sugar and increase the nutrients. Rocket River
About a cup of berries, a small avocado, hemp hearts, chia seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, a **** ton of spinach, and unsweetened almond milk. It's not the best tasting in the world but it tastes good enough and is healthy. I also throw in all my supplements because I have a noice blender that liquifies everything. This is my lunch on most work days.

Any of you guys try sparkling water (flavored or unflavored) in your smoothies? I thought about doing that, googled it, and apparently it's already a thing. lol.
