I'm not going to pretend I know anything about NFL scouting, or if Tytus Howard will end up good or not. It just seems like this organization does not know how to value draft picks, or has contingencies set up if the get jumped. Several team behind them traded down, so that should have been an option. At least we have it better than the Giants.
Rumors are Eagles had trade deal with Miami and Miami backed out. Eagles wanted to move up to take Wilkins and Miami decided not to and took Wilkins themselves. So then their next target was Dillard after seeing him slide.
According to a poster on texanstalk who works out with the miniority owner of the texans, Texans tried both to trade up last night to take Dillard and were offered by the browns to trade out of the 1st round. http://www.texanstalk.com/threads/2019-1-23-tytus-howard-ot-alabama-state.114132/page-11
