Ronaldo at center-forward must be terrifying to opposing teams. He definitely needs service, but Madrid have the players to give it to him. Great way for him to remain super impactful despite Father Time working on him. More importantly, Zidane projects his calm onto the players in pressure situations, makes great tactical decisions, and isn't questioned when he rests important players. No one else here wants to hear it, but we are in the midst of a Real Madrid cycle that only a reloaded Barcelona could stop.
I saw a couple of problems Real had with Atletico in the Semis. Atletico did not have a good game in Bernabeu otherwise it would have gotten close. Their defense posed more problems to the Real Offense. Isco scored the goal that sealed it. You are right with saying, Real has been GSW way before the Warriors knew what a superteam would look like. I was really impressed with Marcelo. He really pushes the attack from the back. I like players that can do that. I hear a move of Bale to Man U is possible. I like that. That's my team and my cemry brother possibly joining forces.
