    Proposal for time limits would be for owner to the next pick if do not get it in on time a la the NFL draft. Cannot really autodraft for style of league.

    Yeah but you can skip to the next person in the order.

    Once the original drafter is back on they can make their pick at any time. We do it this way all the time for the Smeg Football league.
