They desperately need depth in the backcourt, but Lin doesn't strike me as Pop's kind of player. Quite the opposite in fact.

Lin would be a good fit for the Mavs. However, I don't see how the Mavs can sign him. I mean, why would the Lakers help out the Mavs who can't offer anything unless it's a weird 3 way trade with Lakers, Dallas and maybe Indiana?

Lin doesn't have the BBIQ for the Spurs. There is too much movement there, he would get confused.

uh oh..now that dallas got barea it's philly for Lin.
Poor philly fans. It's enough that they are the joke of the league now they will have to be curse with LOFs.

"Noel and Okafor are worse than Lin! He should be the franchise"!!!

It's not really his choice to make. There are only a few teams who are considering him right now.

Spurs the best, Mavs second. Money shouldn't be a concern, dunno what takes him so long.

He'll fit in well with Philly. Lin and Canaan best point guard combo in the league.

Not sure why people keep repeating same comments every year around this time. Macs and Spurs were first round exist last season so they needed pieces. We made it far last season which we learned 2 things:
    1. Roster needs little tweak.
    2. Morey always does this and wait to strike on nice deals after everybody over pays.

I was referring to Lin's options, not comparing the Texas teams.

So is he gonna go through the motions of getting his own place, or is he just gonna say, "**** it" and get bottom bunk at Parsons' place?

I just want to know who the power-bottom is in that relationship? I bet its portions, voluntarily.

So is someone gonna make the Jeremy Lin as a Dallas Maverick thread? I know someone is itching to do it.

"I'm the best power bottom in this relationship."

Proceeds to get dominated by Lin.

The rumors of Jeremy Lin to Dallas have been going on for like 3 or 4 days now. Still no S&T confirmed. The longer it drags on the less likely Lin will find a place on another team as guys like Mo Williams and JJ Barea are getting signed.

Maybe Cuban is smarter than we give him credit for.

the reason is it's not july 10 yet. They can't do s+t before.

But since he hasn't signed with Philly yet, his other choice, then I guess it's Dallas for the vet min. Only Philly would take him for anything more than that.
