They have a championship caliber team right there and they're making huge upgrades in their WR corp. Sucks for Smith though, even though he sucked for 6 years, he still had to put up with a ****ty WRs, O-line, countless OCs/coaches, and a terrible team. Now when he found his groove and ultimately played a huge part in the 49ers success, especially the post-season, he gets the shaft. Most likely having to sign with Miami and playing with a terrible team.
