They're on ABC, which is free TV. You don't need cable. They start at 7.

Would love to see a win from Game of Thrones but Mad Men and Breaking Bad have been top form.

Thought Dinklage might grab his second in a row, but a well-deserved win for Aaron Paul. Thinking Homeland takes best Drama.

I think Giancarlo Esposio was better than Aaron Paul this year imo

Dang after Cranston's performance on the episode "Crawl Space" I thought he would get an emmy.

Michael Pitt (Boardwalk Empire) was better than both imo.

Great wins for Homeland tonight, all very well deserved. Can't wait for it to come back on next Sunday.

Breaking bad was robbed. So was cranston, homeland is good but the 4th season of Breaking Bad is too much to compete with.

Absolutely. Think of it this way: the following movies did not win best picture:

    Apocalypse Now
    Raging Bull
    Citizen Kane
    Vertigo
    Pulp Fiction

Breaking Bad is along these lines: an all-time classic show that will probably never win best drama. Voters for Oscars and Emmys like their "complex" dramas a little less complex. No offense against Homeland, but it's probably going to be remembered like many of those shows that were good, or very good, but not great or groundbreaking.

I watched several episodes of that show, and yes, it's good. But I don't see how anyone with a straight face can say that anyone topped Cranston in Season 4 of BB. It's not exactly like "T-Ball against the Yankees," to steal a quote from Walter White, but it is not a contest, IMHO.

What was worse to me was seeing "Luther" get nominated as a mini-series as opposed to being placed in the drama category.
Same with Sherlock but then they only nominated one episode of Sherlock in the mini-series category and the entire Luther season in the mini-series category.
Puzzled me to no end and I feel the show was slighted.

Also, I felt mildly sorry for Jon Hamm as he seems to be the male Susan Lucci but then I remembered he is Jon Hamm and if he ever decides to tell his partner to chill on the side, he has a line of ladies waiting and willing to do anything.
    Yeah, forget you Jon Hamm.

No surprise there. Go look back at how many Emmy wins "The Wire" ended up with and then go look and see how many their more publicized network companion "The Soprano's" ended up with.

    BOOoooo

You only watched 4 episodes so by you really have no idea whether the show is better. You only have a small sample to judge based on. If it's "less complex" they wanted to go with I don't think they'd pick Homeland to give the awards to.
