Casey is a situational player who can be used in a lot of different ways. Formations like Goal Line H back, Long snapper perhaps, and of course special teams.
Are you kidding? That interview was like watching 1000 Drexlerisms collide into a supernova at once. I was laughing so hard I had to change my pants.
why would cosby do that, dudes's like 80. anyway, can someone answer my question before I look through the entire draft, did quan get drafted.
No he did not, too bad. He will likely get signed as a UDFA, in some ways that is better than being drafted late since he can choose where he wants to go.
Bill Cosby looked like he did not want to be there at the beginning of the interview. I still don't get the whole thing. I only saw the 1 segment where they interviewed them but I heard they kept showing Quan Cosby. Makes no sense at all.
maybe i'm a ut homer or just uneducated at evaluating players, but how can a guy who catches everything from a big time program that put up big time passing numbers not get drafted? is he that slow?
Cosby is 5'8" and will be 27 by the start of the season, those are 2 pretty big negatives. He ran a 4.44 at the combine so he isn't that slow. I think a team will sign Quan and he'll prove a lot of people wrong. He reminds me somewhat of Wes Welker (who also went undrafted). I wish Quan the best and I would be really happy if the Texans brought him in as a slot receiver.
You would think he would get drafted based on his height alone. Could be a big target in the red zone.
I think he meant 5'8"... If Cosby was 6'8" and ran a 4.4 40, Al Davis would have probably taken him 7th overall.
The Wes Welker comparison makes sense now if he's only 5'8. Was wondering how he would be 6'8 but compared to Welker.
