I have recently started collecting sports cards again, mainly baseball, and today I stopped into my usual shop and got a look at all the current stuff he just got in.

Well, I settled on two Topps Co-Signers boxes. They are a little pricey but I wanted to try and complete the base set.

I was opening the packs in the first box and realized that the pack I just opened had the one dual signed card in it. I pulled an ARod-Buzz Aldrin dual autograph card. I have seen 3 others of these cards and I would imagine there are around 25 total...

The insert series is called Moon Shots because baseball players hit them and astronauts go to the moon. The series has 10 astronauts paired with 10 Big Sluggers.

Well I just wanted to share my euphoria.

For those of you that collect or have collected, what are some of your biggest pulls??? I could probably name a couple of others but this is the best I have done...

When I collected, we didn't have any of these weird cards, there was just one card for each player, and maybe a few random cards with a couple of players on them, like 2 base stealers or something. Ah, the '80s, how I miss them.

Hey, good for you! I'm glad someone is still collecting.

When I worked at Topps, I routinely pulled some good stuff when going through competitor offerings. One of the best pulls was an Elway/Montana/Marino autograph redemption card. Unfortunately, because the box had been sitting in the brand manager's office for so long, the redemption date had expired. :( I've still got boxes and boxes of (mostly high-end) unopened Topps stuff in a bag, not to mention all the memorabilia and stuff I was given during my time with the company. Probably some nice stuff buried in those boxes.

Excellent pull Stevierebel! That might be the best card to pull out of that series - at least one of the best.
