    Let’s just say:

    Pistons get the second pick.

    Rox fall lower.

Would Detroit select Scoot II and deal Cade?

Would Rox trade the lower pick for Cade?

Whosezno? BTW - I say YES both ways.

    You?

If Det get the 2nd pick, Brandon Miller falls into their lap and that would 100% be a win for them

and no detroit is not trading Cade.

    It's clearly no to both

They’d take Miller over scoot? With Rox pick they could well have Scoot + Miller.

Would ‘they’ do it? It Shirley would get serious consideration.

I suspect they would. But I suppose that depends on how they're feeling about Cade right now, and how much they like Scoot. Either way we'd be fine. Scoot could fall to us if the Pistons take Brandon Miller. I'm not mad at either result.

yes they would take miller over scoot. nothing says they're giving up on ivey/cade. They have no reason to. And adding miller to those two would just be as good as it gets for Det.

I want Miller to be unleashed with a combination of our future - Jabari and Eason plus a sprinkle of KJ.

Scoot is dropping because of his lackadasical play in the Gleague, his missing so many games, and him being short, and unable to shoot.....huh.....weird.

I must have uncommon sense as we don’t agree. This uncommon.

I do contend that if this scenario eventuates then this possibility looms large. In both camps.

You don’t agree. We are in uncommonality.

There is like a ~15 % chance Cade will need another surgery for the injury, and like 7-9% chance he won't even become as good as he was before the injury. Nearly a third patients also deal with some sort of pain or tendonitis issues after the procedure for a good while.

Not tryin to say Cade is damaged goods, but have to take all that into consideration before trading for him.

There is no need for that.

Ignore him if you truly have that opinion. Zero reason reiterate that over and over.

I'm free to say whatever. He's an overweight blowhard. If he wants to be opinionated and be vocal about how he's right and others are wrong I will point out he's a fat slob.

I cant with another player like brandon miller. You really want to use yet another top pick on a player thats going to be at the mercy of kpj, green and silas to create shots for them?
