    I think the entire question comes back to tax & flexibility. Dedmon fills a hole and is probably a good fit in Washington, but that's not enough to justify moving Porter.

    Moving Porter could save them $100+ million in taxes over the next 2 years, and it could make the Wizards a player in free agency next year (Durant, Thompson, Butler). Plus, even if they strikeout, they could just resign Oubre and Dedmon.

    Did Jahlil ever get a QO? Possible disappointing prospect looking for a redemption/opportunity like Noel at the minimum?

    I'm just grasping since we're not hearing anything on the Rockets. lol

    Agreed but that Tax bill is up to 307 Million. Unless they get rid of Melo, thats a big ass bill

    then you have to include the 10% downgrade Westbrook factor. Everyone plays worse with Westbrook.

    Look at what you proposed. If you can’t see why Sacramento shouldn’t involve us, (let alone why Cleveland would do this either), then I don’t know what to tell you.
