Only feasible if LeBron wakes up one day and decides he wants to move his entire family to Houston on a 2.4mil contract
Sign me up for Anderson, 1st for Bazemore. Re-sign Capela/Luc/Wright, and hope we can get Melo on a buyout. Will be interesting to see if we can get Luc for min again, I'm going to assume he's going to get around 4 mill and we'll end up using our tax payer MLE, we absolutely can't let him walk now that Ariza is gone, we need a 6'8 body that can move laterally. Paul / Green Bazemore / Gordon Harden / Moute Anthony / Tucker Capela / Wright
How do the grizzlies have even a nickel to spend with conley gasol and parsons max contracts on books
Man I don't understand why some posters want Bazemore after he listened to Dwight during FA a few years ago to stay in Atlanta. Plus he's not good at all. He was a disappointment last season just like Anderson.
They have nothing else to talk about - as you were...Byron and Ramona. Ariza was not the diff maker, in fact I argue a Luc injury was
Take out LMM contract, could we signed Capella for 1 year $8 million and then promise to give him a max extension by the end of the year?
I was listening to Jeremy Schaap on ESPN radio at about 3:00 am Vegas time. He had a dude who was supposed to be a NBA historian and they were talking about the Warriors and LeBron James. Pertinent to us, both were saying that there was only one situation out there where LeBron could join and the team would be better than the Warriors. As you may have guessed, the word Houston came out. So it seems nearly everybody and their mothers know what is best for LeBron basketball wise. We are blaming LeBron for not opting in, but how much blame should be assessed to Harden? I have said a few days ago that Harden needed to ask LeBron to come to Houston if he so desired. Instead, quite the opposite was said by our MVP, correct? Anyway, just venting a bit because, personally, I just think Harden could have been a bit more humble in the whole LeBron saga.
Maybe harden know something (we) you don't know. Dude probably just don't want that LBJ drama here. Besides didn't lebron people say he DONT like Houston as a city? **** yall still pining for a dude that dont like our city? Smh
Im good with this. Only thing id change is flip Anthony and Tucker. The only way id sign Melo is if he agreed to play a similar role as Eric Gordon...scoring off the bench.
Did LeBron himself said he doesn't Houston? I don't think so. Players surrogates would say anything. You can't just tell what's real.
Sometimes it's best to keep quite, unfortunately these players have to open up their freaking mouths. We don't need to add anybody. Bwhahaha please Harden. If you can acquire the likes of Lebron, you better hurry up and do it. Dude flames out in do or die games and he's making silly statements like that. But we all know including Harden, if Lebron is on this team, he will have to take a back seat and play Mr. Robin. And you can best believe Harden's pride won't allow him to be Robin. He has to be Batman. By the way where is our very own Batman?
Wow, 13M per year for Barton...ugh. 7M for McDermott and 8M for Joe Harris...holy ****... Man i was all for getting Bazemore here two years ago instead of Anderson, but with that contract i don't see what tanking team will have any interest in absorbing him into cap space and what contending team will have any interest in trading a first rounder and 15M in salaries to get him. He's still a decent/interesting role player on a bad contract.
What's up with all this Bazemore talk? Is he even on the block? or is this just one of those guys clutchfans locks in on whether their actually available or not?
