After I watch the game against Portland and Utah, this rockets team reminds me of "the team" Sacramento directed by Adelman, and defeated by Robert Horry's another big shot. The kings is return with beautiful offence little bit decreased, but defense and "heart & spirit of never give up" added.
my hands still shaking , letters and pics on the screen are still little bit blurry, feels like dehydration
Wow, that's a big statement. The 02 Sac team had arguably the most talents in the entire NBA. That team was DEEEEP.
are the 09 rockets the 98 bulls...lol jkjk i think the only thing rocket is now is the 08-09 lakers series game 4 and 6 rockets
This is going to be kind of weird, because this Rockets team is kind of an aberration. Teams that come to mind: 1. The Lenny Wilkens's version of Seattle Supersonics. No dominant post player, Sikma was a center, but more of shooting one. Nor did they have any dominant scorers. Still, they did have Gus Williams and Dennis Johnson who were pretty good solid players. Personally, I don't think these teams were nearly as talented as the Lakers. These Supersonics didn't really light people up offensively, but they played great defense. 2. 2006-07 Golden State Warriors 3. 2005-06 Phoenix Suns without Amare and Nash, then put Brooks in place of Barbosa, but with much better defense
The 09 Rockets = 09 Rockets We will be the first kind. Then the following years maybe teams can compare to us. We are Red Nation
Aaron Brooks = bibby Shane = Christie Hayes = Webber Budinger = Peja Scola = Divac Ariza = Hedo Tukeyglue Bobby jackson = Kyle Lowry etc zomg! you're right!
This team is starting to remind me of the Mid 2000's Suns more than anything. It bothers me to see them play this well, because Yao doesnt fit in here at ALL. If only we could turn McGrady/Yao into Johnson/Bosh.
That would be sweet. I like Yao but he does not fit in this offense and he can't be counted on to stay healthy!
