Solo stuff is great. Not glampunk, more "Ryan Adams like" He came to Hou, show kicked...! Had the audience in the palm of his hand...
I think Green Day has the right song writing formula, and obviously works (sold gazillions of recs)... they have hook ladden poppy catchy pop...
i have all three, but I love "Through the Darkness" the best...all of them are great! Too bad those guys only sold about 30,000 records total....
