Carlisle is a clone of JVG.
Rick Carlisle runs basically the same system as JVG.
If you go by that, only San Antionio and Dallas are good matchups for the Rockets because all the other teams are more uptempo teams.
I think if JVG doesn't come back and I don't think he will, Mario Elie would be a fine choice.
