Good list. I honestly would take lin over rubio, hill and possibly lowry. To be in the 15-20 range of starting pgs isnt really a knock on lin.
He doesn't get as many calls in Houston. There are so many times when he gets hacked and there's no call. It becomes no blood no foul at times.
you can create an arbitrary parameter to showcase pretty much any player. it's really not that hard.... these stats are useless
