mike james is a good aggressive on ball defender...a little more difficult to screen in pick and rolls...has ability to guard 2g's for limited...
where does francis fit...he fits with snyder...athletes without a high bball iq. cant play both for sure. francis will have to fight for...

rafer plays good team defense and very average one on one and pick and roll defense.
3 different coaches all came to the same conclusion...snyder is not good enough. now adelman is the 4th. he will come to the same conclusion....

its really simple who does adelman play at the pg? he will have to pick 2 of the 3. all 3 will not be in the rotation even by shifting over...
