No, he's 11th in QBR which is a BS ESPN made metric. The real QB rating metric has him 16th... a metric that had him 6th his rookie season....

This is true, but I don't think it's a safe assumption to believe they were all just lying. We can argue that maybe they scaled some of that back...
At times this season, he has been incapable of playing the QB position....and that's why the offense has been so mediocre, needing to be carried...
He'd have to be able to accurately read defenses to do those things. We don't see him change plays or even accurately identify where pressure is...

It's mostly CJ, the o line isn't anywhere near elite, but CJ's poor performance makes it worse than it should be.
