I'll give him a chance, but just like Cal giving him a top 3 salary for his position - Caerio keeping Easterby and then signing Culley to a 5 year...
Oh yeah for sure it doesn't really matter in terms of the cap, but it definitely does not give me encouragement of Nick Caserio's performance.
