I kinda feel Asik has pretty much always been this good, he's just getting more minutes now. Not sure if that qualifies for MIP.

True. But whether the play is good or bad, it's still just the preseason.
As I said, his passing looks nice but Duncan's off the floor. And Machado is looking pretty poor on defense against the Spur's bench.
Same as before, Machado showing some really nice passing, and looks outmatched on the defensive end.
With Duncan and Parker probably done, Rockets might win the game, but that first quarter shows how far they still have to go.
Spurs are what the Rockets hope to be. Pick and roll/ball movement on offense, solid fundamental defense.

They're defending Lin's penetration really well. Seem to remember that the Spurs had the best p&r defense last year.
