He's either scouting on behalf of the Jets, contemplating a career as our new tight end, or he's trying to see if David Carr is "available"... Mike and Casserly Mike and Carr
From houstontexans.com In attendance at today’s training was catcher Mike Piazza of the New York Mets. Piazza, who is in town for the Mets three-game series against the Astros, sauntered onto the practice field to check out the hard-hitting action and thought about suiting up. “I was coming out to play tight end,” Piazza said. “But they told me I wasn't fast enough.” Piazza also got a chance to meet Carr, who grew up watching him play for the Bakersfield Dodgers, the former class A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Unfortunately, Piazza's allegiance is toward another NFL team, but he still enjoys spending time meeting players from around the league and forming friendships. "I grew up in Philly watching the Eagles," Piazza said. "The NFL's popularity is through the roof. I'll always be a fan. I know I can't play forever but it's nice to come out and form these friendships."
Carr went on this unbelievable program and gained a lot of muscle... He should be able to withstand a lot of the pounding this year with our mix and match O-Line...
Yeah he did, the site showed pictures of him and desribed his program several weeks back. The guy is a freak! He's so good now and is gonna be so much better! I love David Carr (in a definitely non-gay way)!
