I'm rooting for the texans to come out of the AFC but the reality is they have a rookie 5th round draft pick leading this team.
and it's safe to say that stats are deceiving. Tate is a good runner no doubt but his skill set is far from being better than Foster. Foster can do it all - pass block, run, and catch out of the back field. I trust Foster much more than I do Tate although Tate will come into his own.
Agreed, I was only pointing out that the particular argument was not as far fetched as it once seemed. DD
You guys haven't exprienced the playoffs as a fan of the texans so yall should take the advice of a fan who's been there and done that might do it again this year.
...so you're a more educated fan because the team you root for has won the Superbowl? Makes perfect sense.
I'm not taking this bait. This lack of logic just blows my mind. My friend's dog owns a Pujols jersey. Guess he should be our next GM. He's a winner.
jesus christ we get it you're a Saints fan. I see through your ploy of posting crap to get us riled up. Go to a Saints forum, you're pathetic.
He gives me the impression that no matter what the situation is, he will go into the huddle and give the players around him confidence that he will get the job done. I love that about him. You can not teach some of the character traits which he has. From the first throw he had, I was under the impression that he has a chip on his shoulder and is going to do whatever it takes to win. I feel like he genuinely feels as though anything less than a W is unacceptable, no matter what his stats look like.
Wouldn't it be something if the Texans were to face the Broncos in the play-offs? I can already see it now. Tebow vs. Teejay.
The broncos would win guarantee. Cushing and ryans aren't fast enough to run down tebow. Von Miller will abuse Yates all day.
BigBen was pretty bad his first year and won a superbowl based on d Flacco is soso and took his team to a superbowl based on d not saying we are gonna go that far, but Yates seems like a decent qb, I have some faith will win one game in the playoffs...
I like the fact that Yates hit AJ in stride on a 50 yard pass. I know it was only one pass, but it was nice to see Yates do what Schaub struggles with.
