Plenty of people across the political spectrum disagree. What got to most, including me, was the trumped up finding of irreperable harm for the injunction that made the eventual decision a foregone conclusion.

You need to read the opinion. The notion of irreparable harm was a small part of the opinion. It dealt more with the lack of standards being Constitutionally impermissible. They went to great lenghts to follow the logic from the very inception of the electoral process to the present day. I was VERY surprised when I read the full opinion. It was actually a very well written opinion.
