His style is more in comparison to Kobe/MJ.....and more tied to Kobe being they took same path.....its the reason why Shaw was saying he feels Green has that it factor like Kobe etc If you take that as Green is on their prime level then that's crazy, but he flashed ability that makes you say that was MJ lite, sprinkled with some fluke Curry Jordan did like 2-3 seasons in NCAA with a POY so there is no comparison at 22 yrs old Bryant 3rd season avg 20 ppg Green is on same trajectory as TMac/Kobe Kobe avg 28ppg in fourth season T mac 15ppg in third season and 26ppg fourth season Green should get 24ppg next sesson on good splits across the board, and get better at individual defense positioning etc
Lol, this was terrible basketball play and he got lucky. Threw a terrible pass to a man who wasn't even open.
That's the reason why I dismiss that 14/15 game g league stint, that was basically souped up YMCA runs He was raw fresh out of HS and thin as a rail He was definitely going to need 4 yr rookie deal to breakthrough and show full potential, or end up like Ellis or up a Lou Will I see somewhere between Mitchell/Tmac......even Booker/Kobe but faster He definitely needs to study the latter duos mid range/footwork game
Still all about the jump shot. When he hits his threes he's great, when he doesn't he's usually a negative out there. Unless he wants to sign a really team-friendly contract, I think we see if he's made material progress on his shooting consistency leading up to next year's trade deadline, then make the decision on whether to keep him or cut him loose.
Do you think Chuck even knows Green is half Filipino? It seems like you scour the Internet to find unique ways to **** on Green. He ****ed your mom or something?
The highs are high with Jalen, just the most inconsistent guy I have seen. But I'd be happy to keep him and see how it goes next season.
I'm not on Twitter, but tell that dude I'm right here. We can watch the clip of Ime 'Impatient' Udoka talking about how Jalen figured things out and had good games where he didn't score well. Yes we're still waiting for the apology, but you can wait till the crow gets colder.
Lol Jalen fanbois still trying to spin his 3rd season of playing like ass into a reason for those to rightly described his play as ass to apologize for continuing to be right about him being an awful basketball player. I guess that's what using your heart rather than your brain will do.
Green's 3rd season: VORP: 1.0 BPM: -0.5 WS/48: .056 KPJ's 4th season: VORP: 1.3 BPM: 0.6 WS/48: .068 Interesting that you supported KPJ when his numbers were not much better than Green's. KPJ's 3rd season was much worse.
Not to say anything but guys like you are the reason why people adore blunt athleticism over IQ, physical readiness and fundamentals....... And still have those athletes without much fundamentals pouring into the league......and quadrupling down on them.
