Fri, Nov 17 @LA Sun, Nov 19 @Los Angeles Mon, Nov 20 @Golden State The Rockets take their swagger to the west coast. Personally, I am glad they get a few extra days to prepare.
My thoughts are always the same when it comes to these West Coast late games. Why are we in the Western Conference when we are closer to the Atlantic Ocean and two time zones away from the Pacific coast? I hate these late games with a passion.
Hopefully the Clippers are still in the slump when we play them. If we can just take that one win out of the 3, I’d be happy.
I think we have a chance at LA Clippers. I don't think the refs will let us win at Golden State or the Lakers.
While all our wins have meaning, a win vs the Hard on Brick Clips would be the most satisfying of all up to this point for me.
I think we spank the broken down Clippers. We might also take the Lakers game, if Green shows up with a big night (possible considering who's likely guarding him) we could do them dirty again. Golden State...could be a tough one. I'd love to beat them but they may be beyond us still just because Curry's smug little ass is hard enough for top tier perimeter defenders to pin down, and we're a great team defense but if Brooks fouls early he could run riot.
Tough set on games back to back to back like that. I'd take 1/3, but damn I'll be tired from watching them regardless. West coast games suck.
All 3 are winnable. The Clippers are a trainwreck right now, the Lakers are good at home but not dominant, and the Warriors have lost a couple games in a row. I'd be ecstatic with a 2-1 record. I do wish the Rockets didn't have 4 days off before the trip. I don't want them losing momentum.
We're gonna get rekt ... gonna lose every game by at least 30 points. And if their star players play, we'll lose by 55. www.tankathon.com
We could use a road win. I'd hate to lose to the Clippers the way they're playing right now. Their defense is absolutely horrible right now and they don't have the personnel to improve that right away. This first road game is a real test of focus.
