3 team: HOU - TOR - IND TOR: EGo (HOU) IND: House (HOU) into TPE + protected SRP (via HOU) HOU: Oshae Brissett (IND) + Dragic (TOR) buyout Dragic for $18M Would love TOR: EGo (HOU) IND: Dragic (TOR) + House (HOU) + protected FRP (via HOU) HOU: Turner (IND) + Brissett (IND)
I really want us to go after OG from Toronto using Gordon and picks. Great player, underpaid imo, like a prime Ariza. This team is obviously going to need a player like that. If Toronto are way behind on their tanking, I bet they’d love to have a couple of BKN picks.
Anunoby is probably the most untouchable player on that roster. They're not trading him for a washed up Gordon and a couple late first round picks.
100% it could possibly take our package to get Simmons.. then moving him for Turner.. then moving him and a bunch of stuff for OG. But even then thats a huuuuge stretch and the Raps still say no
We NEED a scorer/3pt shooter in the Starting 5 like yesterday. What about TJ Warren? Rockets - TJ Warren Pacers - House, Tate and a #2
Need to be careful with TJ trade, he could be out "indefinitely"... https://www.indystar.com/story/spor...ut-extended-time-with-foot-injury/5832393001/
Phoenix not offering DeAndre Ayton the big contract he's salivating, craving for. Is Wall going to be traded anytime soon? Can Ayton be considered?
Wood, KPJ to Spurs Tate to Magic White, Bamba, Spurs 2022 top 10 protected 1st to Rockets Bamba's contract absorbed with Oladipo TPE for salary purposes Roster White / Augustin Green / Brooks / Christopher Nwaba / Gordon / House Martin / Theis / Garuba Sengun / Bamba Much better roster balance, better defense, and vet presence around Green.
This is pretty bad man. White is 27. Bamba has upside but he's a bit redundant in Orlando, can't imagine it taking more than a protected first to snag him. Brooklyn 2022 lottery protected / Miami swap should be enough for Bamba. Wood, KPJ and Tate are the three best assets on this team that aren't rookies or picks. If you're going to trade any of those three you need to get an Ayton or at least Simmons level player in return and I don't think KPJ and Wood should be combined for anything less than an actual current star, which isn't even available as we see with Morey refusing to trade Simmons. I know the team looks bad but man you cannot give up on these guys yet. It's going to take at least 2 months before we even get an idea of how they will fit together. This is going to be painful but you can't trade KPJ right now, especially after all the good will created by the organization. He needs stability and the Rockets are going to be that for him.
I don't see those guys have immense value, Wood has real value, but I see White + a moderately protected 1st as real value in return. White is 27, but he's also locked in for 4 years, Wood only has 2 left. Importantly, White is a 2-way player who brings real size and defense in the backcourt, to go along with a low turnover rate, acceptable passing, and a respectable shot. I feel like he'd be a great partner with Green. Bamba brings the length and interior D the team is severely lacking. Moving Tate gives the nod to KMJ, opens up the possibility of Garuba getting minutes. I like it *shrugs*
Trade with nets using John wall and Gordon to get Irving. It can save money and look for future. Irving can trade with other teams afterwards
I would do that in a heartbeat but I doubt the Nets would. Kyrie IMO will eventually get the vaccine and the dude averaged 27/5/6 on 50/40/92 shooting last season. They're not going to trade him for the worst contract in the league.
What about -- Eric Gordon to the Celtics for Josh Richardson and Aaron Nesmith. Celtics are trying to compete right now and need reliable bench guard play. Richardson is a tradable contract down the line and Nesmith is a cheap former first rounder who's shown flashes.
Houston Out: Wood and Gordon Houston In: Porzingis, Jeremy Lamb, 2023 Dallas 1st, 2025 Dallas 1st, Indiana 2022 1st Rounder. Dallas In: Gordon, Myles Turner Dallas Out: Porzingis, 2023 1st and 2025 1st Indiana In: Wood Indiana Out: Myles Turner, Jeremy Lamb, 2022 1st Rounder If needed, Rockets can drop one of Dallas picks.
