Agreed. I think it is a bit more obvious now that he is NOT the franchise player and with a pretty full season back last year, I am optimistic he will play smarter basketball this year.
Josh Richardson is being traded to Boston and Wall doesn’t compliment Luka that well IMO. Porzingis has had locker room issues in NY and nowin Dallas. Plus he wants a big role. He’s unhappy in Dallas because he’s playing secondary to Luka
I like John Wall as a mentor to the young guys. KPJ's passing has noticeably improved during his time in Houston and Wall has helped contribute to his development imo. I think he will be good for Green to improve as a passer as well. He also was there for Bradley Beal's development over his early years in Washington.
Why is John Wall in that tweet with KPJr and Jalen Green? Houston Rockets need to stop playing with my emotions
Word on the street is Markkanen headed via S&T to Minny or San Anton = even more room for Wall's contract
I think Wall will be traded to the Clippers for: NBA Trade Machine - ESPN Clippers get John Wall and a first round pick (2023 Milwaukee) Rockets get: Pat Beverly + Luke Kennard + Rajon Rando + Pat Patterson (Sign and Trade with only the first year guranteed to make the trade work) Clippers rumors: Bizarre John Wall-to-LA trade that can actually work (clutchpoints.com)
He stays for now but will be dealt at the deadline don't need him taking away minutes from the young guys these young men can be something special if they come together.
John Wall seemed enjoying his party time at South Beach featuring Ronaldinho: https://www.google.com/amp/s/pagesi...ldinho-parties-like-a-pro-in-south-beach/amp/
I’m inclined to keep him until his contract expires. You’ll be able to use that money to keep some of the young core together, which is going to become necessary at some point. I wouldn’t want to give up picks or take back any more bad contracts I don’t think, just let the damn thing run it’s course and start over fresh.
He'll stay. Nobody wants his contract(and we aren't giving up assets) & he doesn't seem willing to leave money on the table. Buyout should also be an option in the poll.
