San Fran just issued a shelter in place for the whole city beginning at midnight tonight. Not sure this would work here in Houston, but I could see the city implementing something similar if the number of cases locally grows.

Katy and Lamar schools closed until April 10. Bars, restaurants, clubs closed except for carry out in Harris County now.
Carry out, delivery and drive-thru places are still good. In other words, it's a good time to be McD's, bad time to be Olive Garden.
Minnesota has now announced a 10 closure of bars and restaurants for sit down service. Take out and delivery will still be allowed.

I went to have one last steak night last night...not a lot of folks out, but had a good time nonetheless...I'll be looking forward to eating Whataburger soon...
