I'm not crazy about Butler... due to attitude concerns... but that said I'd give up 1 starter not named Harden... whatever they want off the bench... a 1st and a 2nd or 2... but thats it... I think giving up any more just negates any positive that Butler possibly brings... Matt Maloney was not sufficient next to our previous big 3 and i dont think adding Butler but downgrading to scrubs everywhere else is gonna get the job done... imo...
You've mentioned before that you don't think Paul will be as bad in 19-20 as he was last year, despite his injury history and being a year older. When do you think Father Time will catch up with Tucker? Has it already? I guess what I'm asking is, if we're to give the benefit of the doubt on age to Paul in 2019, why not Tucker too? Otherwise, no way do I want to get rid of Tucker. But part of me is reluctant to rely on a 35 or 36 year old to hold up over an NBA season.
Not a fan of losing both Clint and Gordo for Butler. I'm not that sold on Butler. AND he can be a headcase We're already putting out fires about James & CP. Just wait until Jimmy comes unglued.
Ideally Paul because of his declining game and ludicrous contract but realistically Gordon and Clint are the option
since there is too many coverage on this trade for butler, i assume this would not happen, just my 2 cents, whenever there is a trade everyone knows, and everyone expects, it is not going to happen
Capela worth keeping, guy work his ass off to improve.. im sure he would want to redeem him self, that would be scary.
and now the org is looking at incorporating more ball movement and less iso... funny that EGo (and others of us here on CF) knew what needed to change... but it took another year before MDA and DM came to realize it... smh...
