Saw some other threads on players that y'all think they should go after (IT? Dwight? Neither make much sense to me but oh well) and figured I'd start one on Kevin Love. Maybe y'all have mentioned him in some other threads and if he would be a legit possibility (with the right deal to tempt the Cavs) and how he would fit cap wise and team wise. So paging @BimaThug and other capheads. (1) What would Morey need to do in order to create space for K-Love and then (2) what might Morey need to offer to tempt the Cavs? (3) Would y'all be a fan of that move and K-Love on this team? I think he'd be a great fit but doubtful Rockets could tempt the Cavs and fit his salary in. What say y'all?
I say the Cavs want nothing the Rockets have because they will be rebuilding and looking to get out of the tax
Any chance instead of Love, Rockets entice Cavs to s&t Rodney Hood to us. Would be a good replacement to Ariza, plus Rox gets younger
Would need a third team, that's why this is taking so long and is less likely to happen. Hard enough to get 2 teams to agree to something.
Oh man I'd love to have him. Doubt we can get him. But maybe a selling point would be that Anderson sucks so bad that it will help the tanking process. Lol. But Cavs gotta shed cap space mostly.

Love doesn't help this team beat the Warriors , might help them get to the finals but would be unplayable against the Warriors just like Ryno. There's only room for ONE big on the court against them and that guy has to be able to switch everything defensively and not be a total liability - Love would be a total liability. He cant cover anyone on that team , he just doesn't have the lateral quickness. We cant just go building a good team now , we have to build a good team that matches up with that monstrosity that's won three of the last 4 titles and got even better this offseason. The only players that help this team are top quality wing players , not bigs or point guards , we have those covered in CP3 and Capela - Its all abot quality wings who can defend multiple positions and hit corner 3's. Love would be on the bench taking Ryno's place.
